The staff is awesome and so caring. When my bunny died and I didn’t know what to do, they kindly offered to take care of it for me. I will never forget that!
My dog and cat are both seniors now. Issues have popped up as expected. What I love about them is the doctors are on top of it. They are so knowledgeable and current, and they are very empathetic also.
They always give you options. They are totally transparent with their plan of care, and they know how to listen.
I love this place and I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. Thank you Dr Gaines and Dr Mazzaschi for being awesome!
The staff at Boca North is exceptional I would highly recommend this practice. Dr Gaines is really wonderful and I am lucky that she is Vito and Bella‘s doctor.
Have a geriatric dog visiting who is diabetic. Wonderful and calm atmosphere where warm quiet attention from the vet techs and staff help him stay settled and comfortable. The vets are super and return calls to owners or caregivers as promised. They also offer grooming / boarding services.
The reviews are accurate in the office atmosphere I witnessed today from my initial call to the receptionist, assistant and Dr. Gaines. Their immediate response and concern was appreciated after a horrific experience at an understaffed clinic failed to meet minimal needs at a crucial time. Only takes one incident like I had been through to search out people who who are in this field for the right reasons and I could not have been more relieved to have found them in this office. Again, my thanks for the timeliness and and compassion you showed.
healthy pets saved our beloved cat, Ace. he had a blocked urinary issue and this was life threatening. dr gaines and her staff jumped right on this in an efficient and compassionate way. they gave us information as to what to expect post treatment and how to better manage his lifestyle. today Ace is home and happy and using his litter box without pain. thank you again. so grateful.
I’m fostering two dogs and Dr. Katz graciously fit me into his Monday morning schedule in Boca instead of the rescue having to figure out transport to Kendall. His team of veterinarian and clinic staff took care of my deceased beagles with kindness and compassion and showed so much love to the two foster dogs. Healthy Pets are the best, great service.
I cannot recommend this place enough! I could not be more thrilled with the care and love that every team member showed when I had to bring my dog in. Dr. Gaines was incredible and it is clear how much she cares about her patients. She was kind and explained everything to me. I have been to many animal hospitals over the years from Banfield to specialists, but I’ve never felt a place so warm and welcoming. If I could give 6 stars I would!
